power shower renovated room
i stayed in a double room with garden view. the room had been renovated recently. the power shower worked GREAT with luxury Molton Brown toiletries.
parts of the hotel look quite neglected, a situation i HOPE will be improved soon.

amazing getaway!
great variety friendly staff
the breakfast buffet was unbelievable and had a great variety. the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service all through my stay. i found the hotel to be very clean with immaculate grounds.
i did find the pools to be a bit cold for my liking. only one pool was heated and the others were quite freezing. the kids pool was closed and drained , which might affect families with young children.

The breakfast buffet offered a rich selection of foods. It made mornings a real treat. the hotel provides a variety of restaurants that eliminate the need to dine outside the hotel, a great feature. the meals were delicious (especially the seafood).

the hotel grounds were immaculate, and everything was beautiful. i appreciated the heated pools with varying temperatures (perfect for a refreshing dip!). there are options for both saltwater and freshwater pools, suiting different preferences.

diverse pool friendly staff spacious room amazing architecture
We have visited for several years. the setting features various pool options. the room was spacious and very clean. All of the staff were friendly. its location made local exploration simple. i found the architecture amazing. it provided diverse relaxation options, dining options, and swimming options.

Really good Stay!!!
fantastic selection friendly staff knowledgeable guide
The breakfast had a fantastic selection of food. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I really liked that the hotel organized a day trip to the volcanic area. I also enjoyed a boat trip where I saw a lot of pilot whales and dolphins. It was AMAZING!!!
The map they provided made it hard to navigate around the complex. I found it difficult to locate many of the restaurants scattered around the grounds. The lack of signage made things confusing.

Romantic Getaway, An Excellent Hotel Experience
extensive breakfast attentive service
I enjoyed the extensive breakfast selection with many choices. The service in the restaurants was attentive. I never had to wait long for anything!
The cold pools were something of a letdown. Only one was heated, though the grounds were beautiful. The need to reserve dinner far in advance at the restaurants felt inconvenient.

The grounds were immaculate. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel pools and gardens are meticulously maintained. The beach is only a short walk from the garden gate. It's one of the island's best.
I noticed a lack of maintenance in some areas. Some chipped or loose floor tiles could be repaired. The hotel could improve its overall condition. I hope they address these small issues soon.
